General Error in VPN Connection in Windows XP

I have found a Error that i am trying to resolve,

Our Client have a VPN Connection through Internet, When he logged on VPN after 10-20 Minute ping response is General Error and VPN Link will be down, I've tried so many thing but i can't understand what the problem is this. I Disable the Firewall also but can't resolve the problem.
